Zoya

Zoya is a Jamaican model & actress with over 17 years of experience as an elite level gymnast and coach. As the newly appointed Vice President of International Relations for The Jamaica Amateur Gymnastics Association, she is excited to be cultivated the power of gymnastics in the youth of her homeland and eventually the world. She created @prescription.forlife with hopes to share her experience and triumph over sexual trauma and physical injuries in order to empower people to overcome their trauma and connect to their best selves in mind, body, and soul.
